Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and collecting payments.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately, as well as respond to emails promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
- Assist with mail, package handling, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Utilize property management software to update guest profiles and track key activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of hospitality software (e.g., Opera, OpenTable) is a plus.
