Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly, maintaining a professional and helpful tone at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Manage front desk operations, including mail distribution, package handling, and concierge services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and lobby space.
- Assist in light administrative tasks, data entry, and cash handling as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant plus.
