Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming greeting to all guests upon arrival.
- Front Desk Operations: Efficiently manage check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments using our property management system.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with local recommendations, reservations, and special requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Security & Access: Verify identification and manage keys/access cards to maintain a secure environment.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records, logs, and lobby cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, or in customer service is preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong computer literacy (MS Office) and proficiency with PMS software is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
