Responsibilities
- Greet & Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and assist with a seamless check-in/check-out process.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Operations Management: Oversee the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones, managing the PMS (Property Management System), and handling reservations.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, folios, and daily reports to ensure financial integrity.
- Communication: Liaise effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant staff to ensure the hotel runs smoothly.
- Upselling: Promote hotel amenities, dining options, and special packages to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and hotel property management software (e.g., Opera, SkyTouch).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A positive, friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
