Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments

Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel or hospitality experience required
- Proficiency with Opera/PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Valid Ohio driver's license preferred
