Responsibilities
- Execute efficient check-in and check-out procedures for guests.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process payments, including credit cards and cash, with high accuracy.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and front desk area at all times.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and concierge services.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with property management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
