Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor hotel security systems and common areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage night audit procedures
- Assist with emergency situations following protocols
- Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if required for runs)
