Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Greet guests warmly and provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process payments and manage reservations using property management software (PMS).
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist guests with any special requests or inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Clean background check required.
