Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, resolving inquiries or routing them to the appropriate department.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with patience and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and lobby space.
- Assist with coordinating housekeeping requests and maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
