Responsibilities
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accurate room assignments and billing.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries with a professional and friendly tone.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and retention.
- Operate hotel property management systems (PMS) to process reservations, changes, and cancellations.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest requests are met.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card payments with strict adherence to company policies and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, concierge, or guest services role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with property management software (e.g., Opera, OpenHotel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
