Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and baggage handling with precision and warmth.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas are immaculate.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately using our Point of Sale systems.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of local area attractions, dining options, and transportation to provide accurate recommendations.
- Ensure the lobby and public spaces are welcoming, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist in administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory management as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer support.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a fluent command of the English language.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and property management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- A polished professional appearance and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in hospitality management is a plus.
