Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and warm welcomes to all guests during peak weekend hours.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including verifying identification and processing payments.
- Maintain the lobby and common areas to ensure a pristine and inviting atmosphere.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front office teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Mandatory availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
