Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly, check them in and out efficiently, and answer inquiries about local attractions and services.
- Operational Support: Handle phone calls, manage correspondence, and assist with reservations and check-out processes.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or issues immediately with a focus on de-escalation and satisfaction.
- Security & Safety: Verify identity and authorization for access to the property; ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Lobby Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, reception, and lounge.
- Shift Management: Accurately complete end-of-shift reports and cash handling duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
