Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally, managing check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and courtesy.
- Shift Management: Monitor building access and security systems during assigned shifts, including night shifts and weekends, to ensure the safety of all occupants.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems, respond to resident inquiries via email or in-person, and relay messages accurately to management and staff.
- Administrative Support: Process lease documents, maintain accurate logbooks for shift handovers, and assist with mail sorting and package management.
- Problem Solving: Address resident concerns or maintenance requests immediately and escalate complex issues to the Property Manager or maintenance team.
- Facility Maintenance: Perform routine checks of the lobby, common areas, and vending machines, reporting any damages or cleanliness issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role, preferably in a corporate or residential setting.
- Availability: Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished phone manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Property Management Systems (PMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and standard office equipment.
- Professionalism: High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in security or concierge services is a plus.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
