Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism, answering inquiries and making reservations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby space.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card processing accurately and securely.
- Assist guests with local directions, recommendations, and hotel services.
- Monitor building security and access control protocols.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel property management systems.
- Ability to stand and move around the lobby for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
