Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the PMS system (Opera, etc.)
- Handle incoming calls and manage guest inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage cash drawers accurately.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of front desk experience in a luxury or upscale hotel setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required.
