Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Provide a warm, personalized welcome to guests and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Communication: Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about local attractions and services.
- Operations: Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, processing reservations, and managing room assignments.
- Financial Accuracy: Process payments accurately, balance cash drawers, and prepare daily reports.
- Concierge Support: Assist with valet, bell services, and other hotel functions as needed to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Brand Standards: Uphold the highest standards of grooming, hospitality, and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of front desk experience in a luxury hotel or high-volume hospitality setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Smith Travel Research) and MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; a degree in Hospitality is a plus.
- Attitude: A professional demeanor and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
