Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including efficient check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Provide exceptional concierge services and local recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle all guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a pristine lobby area, ensuring the reception desk and common spaces are welcoming and organized.
- Assist with administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and managing the property management system.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the safety and security of all guests and hotel assets.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or business degree is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, concierge, or hotel reception role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a commitment to grooming standards.
