Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common areas.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with accuracy.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
