Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out procedures
- Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and problem-solving
- Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas and guest rooms
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, reservation software) with provided training
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
- Handle cash transactions and billing procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
