Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Managing the check-in and check-out process efficiently using property management software.
- Answering incoming phone calls and routing them to the appropriate department.
- Assisting guests with local directions, dining reservations, and general inquiries.
- Maintaining the front desk area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address guest requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
