Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during night shifts, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and processing payments accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a professional demeanor.
- Monitor building security systems and access control to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby spaces.
- Assist guests with local directions, recommendations, and any special requests.
- Perform nightly closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, property management software).
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- A valid Driver's License is a plus.
