As a Night Shift Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests arriving late or staying the night. Responsibilities
- Execute seamless check-in and check-out procedures for all guests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and guest messages, with a focus on clarity and courtesy.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions in strict accordance with company policy.
- Provide local recommendations and assistance to guests to enhance their stay experience.
- Monitor the security of the property and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby spaces.
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) to update guest information and track room status.
Qualifications
- No previous hospitality experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and aptitude for learning new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
