Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts using property management systems
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily reports accurately
- Maintain detailed logs of all night shift activities and incidents

Qualifications
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Fresno attractions and services
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license preferred
