Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports at the end of the shift.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and special requests to ensure a memorable stay.
- Enforce hotel safety and security policies while monitoring the lobby and public areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or hotel operations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (training provided).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of luggage.
