Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and manage correspondence promptly and courteously.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve complaints with a service-first attitude.
- Process payments accurately and balance daily cash drawers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Assist with concierge duties and provide local recommendations when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
