Responsibilities
- Greets guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in efficiently and professionally.
- Handles guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Manages the front desk operations, including answering phones, managing the switchboard, and processing reservations.
- Assists with check-out procedures, including accurate billing and providing necessary information to departing guests.
- Maintains the lobby area and common areas to ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere.
- Collaborates with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs quickly.
- Assists with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry, as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a rotating shift schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
