Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly, check them in efficiently, and provide a high level of customer service throughout their stay.
- Reservations: Manage incoming calls and reservations, ensuring accuracy in booking details and special requests.
- Front Office Operations: Handle check-outs, process payments, and manage room keys and access cards securely.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for guests and staff, communicating effectively via phone, email, and in-person.
- Shift Management: Adhere to all shift schedules and opening/closing procedures to ensure the lobby is always organized and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Skills: Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be available for various shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professionalism: A polished, professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
