Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression upon arrival.</li><li>Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management systems (PMS).</li><li>Answer phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.</li><li>Manage the front desk area, including mail handling, package receiving, and concierge services.</li><li>Maintain the lobby and common areas to ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.</li><li>Handle guest complaints or requests with a focus on problem-solving and satisfaction.</li><li>Assist with security duties and key management as required.</li><li>Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Previous hospitality experience as a Front Desk Agent or Receptionist (minimum 1 year preferred).</li><li>Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (up to 25 lbs).</li><li>Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.</li></ul>
