Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience
- Proficiency in reservation software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days/evenings/nights)
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling
