Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process with efficiency and grace.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, answering inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and reservations.
- Operations: Manage the front desk operations, including registration, payment processing, and key management systems.
- Concierge Services: Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local travel advice.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records in the Property Management System (PMS) and prepare daily reports.
- Visual Presentation: Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (PMS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Problem Solving: Ability to resolve guest issues quickly and effectively while maintaining composure.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays (we offer competitive shift differentials).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
