Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: warmly welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software.
- Guest Relations: respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person with a professional and positive attitude.
- Administrative Support: handle billing, process payments, and manage guest requests, including room service and maintenance calls.
- Front Desk Operations: maintain the front desk area, manage mail and packages, and ensure the lobby is presentable at all times.
- Communication: collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Security: monitor access logs and ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and property management systems (PMS).
- Professionalism: Must present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
