Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and emails with a professional and friendly tone.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Handle cash transactions and credit card processing accurately.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and hotel amenities.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure 5-star satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel software (e.g., Opera, GuestHub).
