Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet visitors and residents warmly, maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage the registration process, verifying information and processing payments accurately.
- Concierge Services: Provide local recommendations, arrange transportation, and handle special requests to enhance the guest experience.
- Communication: Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with clarity and poise.
- Security & Access: Monitor lobby activity, verify identities, and manage key card access systems.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate logs, manage mail delivery, and ensure the front desk area is organized and pristine.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk operations or a related customer service role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: Impeccable grooming standards and a professional attitude.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
