Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Guest Relations: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure all guest needs are met with the highest level of service.
- Communication: Manage incoming calls and emails professionally, relaying messages accurately to staff members.
- Operations Support: Assist with managing the front desk console, including processing payments, handling reservations, and maintaining accurate guest records.
- Building Maintenance: Monitor the lobby and public areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Professionalism: Must possess a polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude and a strong focus on teamwork.
