Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing reservations.
- Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments accurately and securely.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
