Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional, and efficient check-in and check-out services for all guests.
- Manage incoming calls and emails with poise, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Maintain the front desk area and lobby to ensure a welcoming and clean environment at all times.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with empathy and quick resolution to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage reservations accurately using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals.
- Assist in coordinating daily operations and special guest requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light furniture or supplies.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
