Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process guest registrations, payments, and room key distribution.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and relay messages accurately.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with local recommendations, restaurant reservations, and special requests.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- General Support: Assist with lobby maintenance, mail services, and concierge tasks as needed.
Qualifications
