Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly and processing check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management software.
- Answering incoming phone calls, responding to emails, and managing guest inquiries regarding local attractions and amenities.
- Processing payments accurately and balancing daily cash drawers and credit card transactions.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assisting guests with luggage, directions, and special requests to ensure a memorable stay.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues promptly.
- Updating guest profiles and maintaining accurate records in our database.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (or currently enrolled).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and a fast learning curve for new software.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must possess a professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
