Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and accuracy.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor the front desk area, ensuring security protocols and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Process payments, manage cash drawers, and balance daily reports accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs quickly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, GuestLink).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
