Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system, ensuring all personal and payment information is accurate.
- Greet all guests and visitors with a warm, professional smile and a friendly demeanor upon arrival.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly, answering inquiries and routing messages to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist guests with local directions, restaurant recommendations, and arranging transportation.
- Handle cash, credit card, and check payments accurately, balancing the till at the end of every shift.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues calmly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly personality.
- Ability to stand and move around the lobby area for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
