Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience Management: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency, and ensure a seamless arrival experience.
  • Communication Hub: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, route calls accurately, and handle correspondence promptly.
  • Reservations & Billing: Assist with room bookings, process credit card payments, and ensure all billing records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Lobby Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby to present a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and discretion to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
