Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In & Check-Out: Efficiently process reservations, check guests in and out, and handle key card assignments.
- Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, making restaurant reservations, and providing local recommendations.
- Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally and direct calls to appropriate departments.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, manage mail delivery, and update guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS).
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with no prior hospitality experience who are eager to learn.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
