Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in process using our property management system (Yardi).
- Manage high-volume phone lines, routing calls efficiently and taking accurate messages.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy, patience, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Process payments, reconcile daily financial transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and prompt issue resolution.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, hotel, or luxury retail role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (training provided).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 lbs).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
