Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences for hotel guests
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Operate property management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds) and POS equipment
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using de-escalation techniques
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams
- Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local Louisville ambassador with dining/event recommendations
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Valid KY driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
