In this role, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, valued, and attended to with the highest level of service.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently using our property management system, and assist with check-out processes and payments.
- Communication: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Concierge Services: Provide local recommendations, arrange transportation, and assist with special requests to enhance the guest stay.
- Front Office Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area at all times.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate them to management when necessary to ensure resolution.
- Administrative Tasks: Process daily reports, manage key logs, and ensure accurate filing of guest records.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or luxury resort settings is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Interpersonal: Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude and team spirit.
