What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a personalized and memorable first and last impression.
- Manage all front desk operations, including efficient check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with absolute precision.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Assist with concierge services, including making restaurant reservations, arranging transportation, and providing local recommendations.
- Maintain the lobby area to ensure a pristine, organized, and welcoming environment at all times.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues immediately, escalating only when necessary, to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately and manage cash handling and credit card transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel front desk role.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or Micros.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual is a strong plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
