- Manage reservations, room assignments, and VIP guest requests
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Uphold brand standards through attentive guest relations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
