Responsibilities
- Seamlessly manage guest check-ins/check-outs using Opera property management system
- Proactively resolve guest inquiries and concerns with personalized solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and valet teams for exceptional service delivery
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a pristine front desk environment with organized documentation
- Collaborate with management to implement service improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hospitality or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

- Basic knowledge of San Jose attractions and transportation
