Responsibilities
- Execute efficient and welcoming check-in and check-out procedures for all guests.
- Manage incoming calls and guest inquiries with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash handling and credit card transactions.
- Assist guests with directions, recommendations, and local information.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Fluency in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
